It is a restorative practice supporting balance, release, and inner calm.
My energy healing work blends intuitive practice with spirit journeying (hedge-riding) and Ancestral communication to access deeper layers of healing and insight. When working at a distance, sessions often take on a meditative, journey-like quality, allowing me to connect with the energetic and symbolic layers that may be influencing your wellbeing.
This work supports the clearing of stagnant or heavy energy, the soothing of the nervous system, and the body’s natural ability to return to balance. Sessions are calm, grounded, and held with care, offering space for rest, reflection, and reconnection.
As a hedge-witch, this means that I practicing with one foot in the earthly plane and the other in the spiritual. While I sometimes use the term ‘shamanic-style’ to describe my intuitive work, I do so as an accessible bridge for others to understand my process. I hold deep reverence for the true Initiates of shamanic traditions, whose rigorous and communal transformations are distinct from my own evolving path.
While not a replacement for medical or psychological care, energy healing can be a supportive complement for those experiencing emotional overwhelm, stress, fatigue, or periods of transition.

Is shamanic-style or intuitive energy healing a replacement for medical or psychological treatment?
No. The work I offer is complementary and supportive in nature. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions. If you are experiencing physical or psychological illness, I encourage you to seek support from a qualified healthcare professional alongside any spiritual or energetic work.
What is spirit journeying (hedge-riding)?Journeying is a meditative, intuitive practice of “crossing the hedge” or moving between the physical and spiritual planes to access deeper symbolic and energetic layers of awareness. In my work, I use this process gently and respectfully to gain insight from Ancestral voices, support energetic release, and encourage self-reflection. Every journey is grounded, guided, and focused entirely on your wellbeing.
Will I experience anything intense?
Experiences vary from person to person. Some feel deeply relaxed or emotionally lighter, while others may notice subtle shifts over time. Sessions are never forced and are guided by what feels safe and appropriate for you.
Is this suitable for everyone?
Energy healing is generally gentle and non-invasive, but it may not be suitable for those experiencing acute mental health crises or certain psychological conditions without professional oversight. What happens after a session?
You may feel calm, reflective, or more aware of your emotional and energetic state. Rest, hydration, and gentle self-care are encouraged. Healing continues beyond the session and often unfolds gradually.

No belief system is required. An open, curious mindset is enough. The work meets you where you are.
